Message: <blockquote data-quote="TRF_Cymro" data-source="post: 717557" data-attributes="member: 40909">People are quick to bite our heads off 24/7 on this forum.  We know how to deal with people, the staff are pretty experienced.  I know that lot of staff have stepped down because of the abuse they received for either having an opinion or caring about the forum.  It is interesting to read some of the comments above.  I will take note.  We try and do our best but when our heads get bitten off or attacked for doing things then sometimes it kills the enjoyment.  The community have got to play their part in helping out.  So the challenge is to you rather than us.  Think of what you can do to help instead of telling us what we should or shouldn't do.  That way we can progress forward together.</blockquote>
