The next World Cup in 2015 will be held in England.
England's national stadium is Twickenham. Could you tell me the 2nd largest stadium in England?
England will play all pool games at Twickenham, and if England won the pool (1st), England will play all remaining games at Twickenham.
Scotland, Wales, Ireland, and France should be allowed to play their all pool games at their national stadiums, except against England.

Scotland, Wales, Ireland and France aren't in England. Well, Wales is. Hence some games being played there.

But that's besides the point, obvious troll is obvious.

I think every country should play their pool games in their home country (with straws being drawn for who is considered the home team)

For knockouts we play them all on an oil rig in the north sea, for neutralities sake

Home and away legs. And of course, they should play rugby league rules, remove the scrum completely (using penalties instead) and have a triangular pitch...

Russia and Argentina want 2023 World Cup? I think that the Rugby Laws should be changed in order to be played in football stadiums. That is, the field is 105m*68m.
Field of play is 93m, and in-goals are 6m*2. Then we can play Rugby at football stadiums.
And the goal should be moved from the goal line to the dead ball line. The goal on the centre of the goal line is an obstacle for play.

They should also only use they feet and kick a spherical ball around. And 8 players should be removed from the pitch.

And tackling should be banned.

and everyone has to wear a funny hat, and whenever a klaxon goes off they all have to run backwards, anyone caught running forwards it sent to the acid mines

Aparently the England squad do that anyway*

*acid mines being a crude way to describe New Zealand nightlife

Players should also be allowed to pole vault over the oppisition defensive line, however they aren't allowed to over a specific height, or under 1.72 yards.

You are also not allowed to do so when the area of the pitch you are in falls in between the ratios of sin(63)< X >sin(71), with the side of the pitch closest to the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk being the base.

In the event that two sides of the triangle pitch are parralell and the closest can be disputed, the side best able to judge the wind direction with a wet thumb will choose.

Well I am planning on being in England for 2015 for the Pool matches. I´ll follow Argentina around and go to whatever games I can in between. New Zealand 2011 was great but some trips between matches were pretty long. New Plymouth - Nelson was rough. 10 hours!

If this is a serious thread, which looks unlikely, then the following video will be of interest.
