Stadio Olimpico rugby tickets on the day?

I might be in Rome on match day Italy v Scotland this year. However, I am not sure enough to buy a ticket in advance. Does anyone know if you can buy tickets on the day? I cannot imagine the game will be a sell out. I would be grateful to know if it's possible to buy a ticket on the Sat. and where I could buy it in Rome.
