hi guys im going to watch the South africa vs new zealand match i'm currently in Romania

It says the program for the game starts at 3:30 on the Sky sports TV guide on the internet. While when i go on the TV guide on the TV it says it starts at 5:30 and on the website (it is in romanian time) can someone clarify if its on at 3:30 or 5:30 (UTC +2) thanks
