Jeesh, I know we have two hookers out injured but is this really necessary? As long as he doesn't start ahead of Fourie and the other when they return I suppose he is as good an option as anybody else. I'd have prefered Smit to play for Saracens and have Brits come back to the Stormers as at least he is a Cape Tonian and knows the set-up having lived and played here.
