Both have signed for Racing-Metro and I've read that Sexton can't bear O'Gara. Is it true ?

Transfer rummors I think, but it dosen't really fit there.

Yes it is true that both are going to Racing as for their relationship I think it's been a highly competitive but enough friendly one I imagine with the competition removed, ROG being hes mentor/coach and the fact that both are moving abroad for the first time in their lives they'll become much more friendly and get on well.

Sexton has said they hated each other at the start but are now much more friendly. He's also said it's good to have someone he knows who also speaks French and can teach him something. Both are also top professionals and wouldn't let anything get in the way of work.

Lets not forget they roomed together in Irish camp. But it great move as it helps Sexton settle in, ROG learns superb new environment which benefits his coaching and Sexton is a class act but ROG can pass on valuable experience to the other halfbacks and the youths (which is a big part of ROGs job).
Also it nice to see Racing trying to spend for youths too

There's a Grand Total of 1 player in the Racing-Métro squad (Henry Chavancy) who has gone through the age groups in their squad and never played for another club, along with a mere 2 others who were Eddy Ben Arous and Virimi Vakatawa (who was signed on recommendation from Sireli Bobo) who were scouted as teenagers and went through the Espoirs.

Which suggests their academy is not a strong one at all compared to the likes of Toulouse, Clermont, Colomiers or Bourgoin who produce a number of players. Even Toulon produce far more than Racing, which suggests they could do with improving it. Having said that when you can buy all the players straight into the first team it doesn't matter that much either anyway.

To be honest Duck I haven't a clue about how many came through their ranks but I glad to see at least now they're making an effort and have heard ROG will have another big name working with him in the academy side. I presume it'll be a forward but as you say they can buy all they want but at same time to establish an identity etc they need to produce a few homegrown

You missed Fabrice Metz who plays for Racing since he's 14-15 years old.

It is true that there is not much player from the academy who plays for the Racing (excepted Ben Arous, Metz, Vakatawa and Chavancy), but every teams of the academy have good results in their championship. And there are lots of player from the academy who plays in ProD2, especially in Albi. The academy has been promoted in March in the first category of the French academy with Bourgoin, Toulon, Toulouse, Clermont, Stade Francais and many other clubs.
Next year we will see some young promising players as Jérémy Maurouard who will be the 3rd hooker, after Szarzewski and Lacombe. There are also the props Alexis Valette and Khatchik Vartanov, and the centre Etienne Dussartre. All this players will play in the Young World Cup this easter.

Just for you, some players who have started their career in Racing-Metro : Jerome Thion, Alexandre Audebert, Mathieu Lorée, Nicolas Bezy, ...

Yes, it's a good thing. They will be able to integrate themselves in the Parisian life which isn't easy when you are from overseas. If they need help, I'm here :) But some guys like Dimitri Szarzewski or Juan Martin Hernandez for example will help them. I'm not worried about it

They don't hate each other and ROG isn't signed as a player only a coach

Don't want to clutch at straws but you forgot to mention Montpellier already the espoirs are French champions again, and other junior Montpellier teams are still in other competitions which are not finished yet our Academy is renowned as the best in France with Clermont and Toulouse.
