i know i shouldnt post this here but the laws and regs is hardly the most visited part of the forum
so.. i think scrum put ins should be far more strictly controlled were it has to be but in strait this would give the opposition a chance to try and compete for possetion rather than just looking for the penalty as in the modern game one teams scrum must be much stronger in order to make much diffrence it would also mean scrum refing would be easier ( i guess but im no ref myself). wat ya think
