Pretty interesting game although I think someone should have told Dan Scarborough that when he was going to have to "work harder than usual in defense" nobody meant "lunge at someone's legs like the R-Rated Superstar" <_<

Anyway, despite that rather sorry episode, the game was pretty interesting. Alex Goode a future England center rather than a quality fly-half? Noah Cato finally starting to pin down a starting place for Saracens? Andy Saul showcasing his talent at open-side?

For what was an incredibly depleted and risky Saracens XV, a star studded Scarlets laboured. Rather than run rings around Goode and Lionelli, Regan King was reduced to a rather ugly contest to try and create something, anything for Scarlets. Cato instead ran rings around Brew to score his try, underpinning his England credentials. Mick Cleary might have been a little too hasty to label Alex Goode "the next Will Greenwood" but he did see some of the young kids genius to make him the number one under 21 playmaker for England...

Replace that with "But you're gonna get reamed in the Heineken Cu-"

Normal service to resume when the HEC starts ;)

Through a flawed and rigged system...kind of like the European Challenge Cup really!
