Fiji did some good things and its obvious Fiji will be much better with their strongest line up. Qera, Nalaga, Goneva, Bai all played really well, Nalaga didn't get the try scoring opportunities like Goneva did but he worked really hard on the field, though he did miss a few tackles. Qera made a huge impact when he came on making a break straight away nearly setting up another try, every time he got the ball he broke through tackles and made big tackles of his own. Talei was good but gave away a few penalties and forced offloads that didn't go to hand. I was really surprised with how well Luveniyali played, though Bai did play at first five for a lot of the game and looked better setting up plays, but him and Luveniyali worked well as a combo. Only question is should Fiji play their best players and risk injury against South Africa or rest some of them for Samoa and Wales

as for Namibia, their fullback Botha was really impressive, Fiji had a hard time trying to tackle him all game, he ran from his own 5m to nearly setting up a try at the other end, this guy should be playing in the Super 15
It was a full crowd, just played in a small stadium. Rotorua is the home of the Bay of Plenty team watching the reply again i think i was a bit harsh on Fiji :) i guess i just wanted Fiji to thrash them and it wasn't happening for most of the game. Fiji did some good things and its obvious Fiji will be much better with their strongest line up. Only question is should Fiji play their best players and risk injury against South Africa or rest some of them for Samoa and Wales as for Namibia, their fullback Botha was really impressive, Fiji had a hard time trying to tackle him all game, he ran from his own 5m to nearly setting up a try at the other end, this guy should be playing in the Super 15
