RWC All Time Tries Try

Heyy

Well I can't say it was unexpected that Jonah Lomu is first in RWC all time tries scored with 13 tries

next is Doug Howlett with 11

followed by Chris Latham from Austria with similar 11 tries scored

Joe Rokocoko great man also managed to bomb opposers on RWC for 11 times

Finally Rory Underwood with similar 11 tries scored from England

How do you think is Jonah Lomu's record going to be heightened on RWC 2011?

I think YES and Joe Rokocoko is the nominee for that I think

How about you?

Possibly Bryan Habana considering how well he did in the previous world cup, but it depends on how well he's playing and whether he gets marked to death this time round.

Obviousy if Joe and Howlett are playing in the NZ squad in 2011 they should definitely beat the record, by the way, I never knew they each had 11 tries have they both already played in more than 1 World cup ?

I thought Lomu had 15 world cup tries? Joe Rokocoko has been in a try scoring drought (off form) lately despite scoring against Italy.

Yes Joe and Doug has played in 2 WC's. But I reckon Habana is a good chance of equalling Lomu and perhaps surpassing the record.

I took this statistics from IRB website as I said already

Habana really has chance to beat that record and I hope he will

But before I am more focused on Rokocoko somehow

Lomu has scored 15 tries in the World Cup, not 13, 7 in 1995 and 8 in 1999.[/b]

Thanks for help I appreciate ;) ;) ;) ;) ;)

Oh don't worry I saw the website Lekso. It really is shocking that the irb can't even put the right facts up about one of the greatest rugby players the world has seen, especially in world cup stats.

aahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaa that was amazing

Yeah there are numerous things IRB authorities can not cope with UNFORTUNATELY

and they think they're developing rugby whereas they DO NOT

and they also think they can handle people with good PR and beautyfull photos

but it seems they can't count

Yeah lol. Jonah Lomu has 15 which will be pretty hard for anyone to beat. The thing is that if Joe and Howlett make it to the RWC in 2011, then they have played in one more RWC then Lomu. Speaking of which Lomu is playing rugby again, a come back in his career? probably not, but it would be pretty awsome.

Lomu would have had a lot more if he had been chosen to play against Japan in the 95 world cup... His replacement Marc Ellis scored 6 tries that game... imagine if Lomu add been playing!

I think if they play Habana in the pool games instead of resting him, he'll have a good chance of beating that record. It all depends on who SA end up facing & also the New Zealand weather. Lomu scored his most tries in the SA world cup, dry - hard fields great for running rugby.

I don't think Lomu's record will be beaten this 2011 RWC but let's see what happens
;)

Drew Mitchell scored 7 tries in 2007.[/b]

Interesting stats

And what about scoring next 7-8 tries on RWC 2011?

And by the way can you tell me where is this guy in red jersey flying?

I was looking for Drew Mitchell in internet and suddenly this flying object attracted my attention

And I couldn't leave it without attention

God Damn!!! He's so funny aahahahahaaa

Oh I remember that! He actually isn't a Canadian rugby player if I remember correctly. He actually fell out of a plane, straight onto the field (I'm not kidding). Don't know what the odds were for him to actually be wearing the full Canuck kit at the time, but the Australia 20+ with aero-death multibet was in the $112m region from memory.
