Not sure as I have not seen any updates but he has not been released form the squad.

Edinburgh's Dougie Fife, Allan Dell, Damien Hoyland, Ben Toolis and Hamish Watson along with Glasgow Warriors pair Mike Cusack and Rory Hughes have been released from the training Squad. Strauss has also left the squad but only to get some game time with Glasgow.
