Rugby Manager

Wouldn't it be good to have a Rugby Manager game? Where you can do all your managing players similar to the 'Fifa Manager' Example: Take control of your franchise ie the "Blues".. get your own sponsorships boot deals, create your own set play moves or gameplans, stadiums, fan clubs etc, sign up players. manage your team and also play in real mode like Fifa 10 or 11..

just an idea i thought of and if anyones thought or heard of anyone doing such a game..

closest thing to that would be this game http://www.therugbyforum.com/forum/showthread.php?20905-Rugby-Union-Manager or the retail games called Pro Rugby Manager 2 or Pro Rugby Manager 2005. it would be great though if a big publisher like EA came out with a super detailed manager game for rugby.
