I'm glad its not included in Rugby 2012 to be honest. Manager games never work on consoles anyway!
For those of you who do want a rugby manager fix though, try this;

Its still being developed but is great fun, especially with lots of human player sin your scenario. I'm currently controlling the Ospreys and thoroughly enjoying. As mentioned, it snot perfect but will only get better if people play it, test it and feedback to the developer.
