RLWC Game 14 - Tonga vs Cook Island

Tonga have to win and win well if they are to give themselves any hopes of reaching the quarter finals of the competition. The Cook Islands also have a slim chance to qualify but will need to win their game and hope results go their way later this week.

I have an outside chance of getting to this game but getting tickets has proven hard as I have nobody to sit next to; think this will be a TV job for me unfortunately.

I am pretty sure that Tonga will thrash Cook Islands. USA will qualify before the last group game, and Tonga will beat Italia. Scotland will qualify by beating USA who no longer need a point.

Cookies are lacking a bit of technical skills where tonga have the more experienced players.

6-6 after 15 minutes, brilliant game so far. Sika Manu has just been smacked into next week in a tackle.

It finished 22-16 to Tonga. One of the best tournament games I've ever seen, it truly was edge of your seat all the way through. Catch the highlights, whatever you do.
