Referee's shirt

Hi mates! Any suggestion about how to change referee's shirt?

The usual white and blue uniform bores terribly and often confuses with other jerseys in the game.

If you're talkin' about the pc version.....you just create one using photoshop or gimp then find the uniform in the strips folder i think its 998 and replace
