*Week 12

Ok, don't get too worked up. But i'm watching Fox Sports News right now and the news alert says: "Melbourne Rebels stand down Cipriani and Kingi for next game after they break team protocol" (Staying out after last weeks game).

Nothing on google news just yet so this must be very recent. I'll post articles when they appear.

DANNY Cipriani has strayed into trouble for the second time with the Melbourne Rebels and has been stood down from selection for Friday's crunch game with the Queensland Reds.

England Test international Cipriani and Australian Commonwealth Games silver medallist Richard Kingi breached club protocol by staying out late after Saturday night's loss to the NSW Waratahs.

Both players agreed to stand down after meeting Melbourne's players standards group today.

Rebels CEO Ross Oakley said Cipriani and Kingi had "both failed to uphold an agreement made by the players following Saturday night's game against the Waratahs in Sydney."

"Both players defied a team directive to abstain from staying out late on Saturday night, given the six-day break ahead of our next game," Oakley said.

theyl do better with out him anyway the soft cock

Not good news for the Rebels, especially as they are playing what will likely be a fired up Reds team this week. While there is no doubt that Cipriani can be a liability on defense, the Rebels really need him as he has been one of the only creative backs in the team. The defense may improve without him, but they are unlikely to be score many (if any) tries (like against the Waratahs...).

Losing Kingi is a big blow, losing Cipriani, not so much... It's hard to believe that Cipriani was ever at international level
In saying that i don't think it would matter who was playing, it's hard to imagine anything but a Reds win here...

obviously on defence hes been a powder puff but his kicking around the field has been some of the best in the copitition. And key to the wons they have had.

i hope they play Julian Huxley as the first five
