RC2 for PC, where to buy?

Anybody know if RC2 for PC can be bought anywhere? It's been off steam since the Summer, and nothing on Amazon, ebay, etc.
Any help is appreciated. Seems it is our best bet for a decent rugby game in the near future, and would prefer PC so that I can add mods.

I beleive the licenses expired so they can no longer sell new copies, bar the ones that may have already been stocked. Unless you can find an Amazon type site with a seller who has one or two copies lurking around or a used one I think you're screwed.
