Quick-throw limitation line

There must be a quick-throw limitation line, outside touchline.
When the ball crossed this line outwards, quick-throw is not allowed.
I believe that this area-limitation is necessary after seeing that a try scored from the ball being bounced back to the player from advertisement board and quick-thorowed in.
In this case advertisement board helped a try. This is very unfair.
 
I thought the rule was basicly as long as the ball doesnt touch another person and is the same ball that was put in touch then a quick line out is an option.

A few things like that happen such as ball bouncing off a corner flag as unless the ball touches the line is is still classed as being in. Or marchants epic try where the wind held a penalty kick and he caught it and scored. Players get assist from all types of things
 
Anything that has equity for both sides seems fair.
In a stadia its equal for all so not an issue.
