Me and a mate of mine are going to try that but using 10s rather than 20s and see how far we get.

Looks brutal

Strongman, not power lifting (and it's powerlifting - one word). ;)

He would make a great powerlifter if he could improve his grip though.

Great guy to follow if you're interested in powerlifting... Well on his way to setting the all time total record:

WOW! that hurts just watching.

Eddie breaking his own record by 1kg:

So easy it's absurd, the guy is getting significantly stronger year on year, it's difficult to put into words how freakish his rate of improvement is.
I think he's got 470kg in him now, and considering that he could conceivably (and probably will, barring injury) keep getting stronger way into his late 30's, I wouldn't be surprised to see him get close to 500kg in his career.

His brother is a prop for Bristol, btw  - http://www.bristolrugby.co.uk/team/1st-xv-biographies/125/james-hall/

Andrey Malanichev casually squatting 470kg raw at 161kg bodyweight for a new WR...

Absolutely absurdly easy.

The numbers on-screen are (attempt number)-(Weight in Kg)-(Weight in lbs).
