I ****ing adore your sig
I don''t know what you're talking about. I'm just keeping track of our awesome record.
whilst your record may be awesome, for it to be correct you should change it to "Undefeated in 1 game 200 miles away from Clermont" <_<
And to be correct it was technically a home game for Clermont thus resetting your counter or you could change it to 42 games unbeaten at Stade Marcel Michelin.
(i) the Semi-Finals will be played at a venue designated by ERC
however I would also like to see Leinster moved out of their home city for a semi final like Ulster and Clermont were, they should have to play at Thomond Park or some GAA ground or something
The only stadiums with enough capacity would be GAA grounds like you mentioned, but as far as I know GAA rules still prevent rugby being played in them. The IRFU were only allowed use Croke Park while Landsdowne was being redeveloped and it was a strictly temporary arrangement. I think Munster got into trouble a few months back for using Pairc UÃ Chaoimh for training when their own pitches were out of action. So it wouldn't really be an option.
They're very tetchy about 'foreign' sports - don't go there!!well then they need dig themselves out of the olden days, and stop acting like petty children
how is rugby going to contaminate their stadia?
The nearest suitable venue would probably be the Millenium Stadium and that would be a bit **** for the fans.

Of which just looked its 281 miles from Dublin to Cardiff so kinda resembles Clermont to Bordeaux (52 ish miles difference)
I agree. But whether they should give permission or not they'd still have to give permission for the stadium to be used. There could also be scheduling issues. They have national league finals around the same time of year. I do take your overall point though, it does give Leinster an advantage compared to other teams, it's just there's logistical difficulties with doing anything about it.
Fair point, but until amphibious cars hit the market a journey from Dublin to Cardiff is a sight more inconvenient than one on 200 miles of flat French motorway.
