Opening Ceremony

Just a quick note to the New Zealanders on the forum.

Well done lads on the opening ceremony. It was an awesome piece of theatre and made me, as a rugby fan, feel part of something special.

Its not coming across well, and I'm not sure if others agree, but I thought this was a special event. Up there with Riverdance when it was first played.

You should be proud.

O for Owesome. At ground level it was great, but public transport is shite. Fairly embarrassing, hopefully the opening covers that failure for our guests from around the world.Let's get it ON!!!

Appreciate the comments on the hard work those in Auckland involved must've been involved with. It did come across pretty well to me. To hear that from those in the international community is pretty cool.

disappointed with the second half of the World in Union, but all in all it was a good show. the giant cup was amazing!
