From left to right: Jimmy Cowan, Nemia Tialata, Dan Carter, Sam Tuitupou, Luke McAlister, ???? - maybe a forward going by the plain boots, but no leg strapping suggests a tight-forward....maybe Andrew Hore?), Piri Weepu, Isaia Toeava, Carl Hayman, Richie McCaw.

I'm pretty confident on Carter based on the hair.

I'm trying to think who else that could be apart from Hore - Greg Sommerville maybe?

Yeah, he would have been my next guess. He was often bald (though not all the time), so I went with Sommerville, though it could well be a hairy Oliver.

That's why I am still unsure.
This picture would be between the '03 and '07 World Cups, I would imagine.

Yep, 2006 I would imagine, as that would have been the only time Toeava (who debuted at the end of 2005), and Tuitupou (who didn't play in 2005, and last AB's test was in 2006) would have played together. You could probably work out the exact test based on the other players involved, but I don't have the time to do that!

Reuben Thorne was a bit more rangy if I recall.
