My Clubs Tag rugby tournament. [Vids]

Right I strung these two together for the club over the last two weeks and I'm having some difficulties

To start , although recorded in HD the conversion process to WMV or just up to youtube , not certain seems to upset the image quality greatly , how do I stop this.

And secondly I need to download some better video editing software , stuck using WMM at the moment so if anyone can advise something it would be much appreciated.

What I want to see is LN7 crash a U12's tag tournament, knock the little ******** around. Maybe TRF 7's should enter into that.
