One would ask the question is anyone interested in the dirt trackers now the first xxiii picks itself and the unbeaten record has gone?!!

Personally I love the dirt trackers games as they're part of what makes Lion tours so special. Even if there weren't test places up for grabs and even though there is no unbeaten record I'm still looking forward to this game! Hoping for a good game for Tuilangi and I always enjoy seeing Zebo play so actually write excited for tomorrow!

I'll be there supporting the Rebels. I think the Lions will win but don't underestimate the Rebels. Apart from Scott Higginbotham being injured, it's the same line up that beat the Stormers and Waratahs in consecutive weeks and we have Delve replacing Higginbotham in the line up which is a handy replacement.
A couple of blokes will be trying to play themselves into test match contention, Inman, Pyle and possibly Vuna. Also look out for Bryce Hegarty at 10, I think he's shown great potential only playing a handful of games, hopefully doesn't prove me wrong!

also apparently a sell out at AAMI park, the stadium holds 30000 so we'll see how long it takes for the beer to run out.

Faletau having another impressive game. He's everywhere.

Farrell playing much better than in previous games as well.

You-re right - Faletau seriously impressive... he's been impossible to shift at the breakdown, strong carrying, athletic... The other thing is I think we're really seeing the impact Lydiate can have on a back-row: he's chopping his man and Faletau is playing like a 7 :p. We're also seeing O'Briens strength around the field and at the breakdown but he's really forcing things a bit much..firing these offloads which just arn't going to hand and its costing us points. However, a lot of that is him trying to force his way in, which is understandable.

Tuilagi got his run-up too short with the first two carries as Greenwood said, but for the second try we really saw what the guy brings. Beat defenders, and it sucked in three to bring him down. Gatland may find that power hard to resist...

Tuilagi, Faletau and SOB are the stand out guys for me, Hibbard having another nightmare in the lineout and Murray hasn't had a great day. Great second try and it is nice to see a Lions side trying to play a bit.

Theyve scored 0. How can he cost us points when they havnt scored any

Gray and Evans both stayed for the full 80. What do people think Gats will decide to do for second row cover on Sat if AWJ and Parlign start? Will Croft act as second row cover with two backrowers on the bench? I'd be tempted to do so, personally going with Tipuric and Faletau, but SOB was taken off early and Faletau played the full 80, so SOB looks likely to get a bench spot.

Ben youngs was excellent when he came on and the commentators were saying he might be in with a shot to start on saturday but is that really likely? Phillips is custom made for the lions gameplan even if he had a mare in the 1st test. I hope Youngs plays but that doesnt count for much
