This comes out next week, anyone going to pick it up?
I'm in two minds about it.
I absolutely loved the first one (of the reboot: Medal of Honor. Came out in 2010). The story was nothing special, and very short, however the multiplayer was probably the best I've played. Basically Battlefield Bad Company 2 but...real? If that makes sense. It's all based on real locations, and the all the weapons etc. are/were accurate to the US army.
Had to sell the game a few months after, but have very fond memories of the multiplayer.
One thing making the decision on the new one harder is that they've outsourced the online section to a different developer. Multiplayer still sounds good, and you get to choose from different real-life special forces (SAS, Navy Seals etc.) and sounds like a mixture between Battlefield and Counterstrike, which does sound good.
Suppose I'll wait and check out reviews etc. of it before making a decision (it's out in everywhere else a few days before the UK), and if it doesn't seem great i'll pick up the Battlefield 3 DLC instead.
