Maori all blacks vs fiji

looking forward to this one tomorrow. Not the strongest Maori side, and quite a strong Fijian team, should be a good game.

I'll be watching the ones who were unlucky to miss out on the all blacks including rob Thomson and tyres lomax, as well as nakarawa and mata from Fiji. Also tei, i don't rate him particularly highly, I just like how he plays.

Interesting that the top 5 halfbacks in New Zealand all qualify for the Maori all blacks. 3 are in the all blacks squad , 2 in the Maori all blacks. Looking back through time there's been a few too.

Also, if I was a really good coach wanting to coach the all blacks or one of the other top teams, I'd fully go for the Fiji job as a stepping stone despite the low pay.

And you were right.

It's a pretty good Fiji team. They're certainly better these days with all of them professional players but still with the traditional flair.

But what happened to the Maori flair? Bring back Matt te pou.

Anyone know of a stream for the return match tomorrow?

Fiji have picked a second string side so the Maori should win this one but it'll be interesting to see Fiji's depth
