About time too! In my mind there's been some shocking decisions. There appears to be too many bans that conveniently stop in time for big games, be it HCup or Internationals. Across the NH at least you would want to see consistency and any way to take the decisions away from the unions should be applauded.
As an aside I was trying to think of an example of when a Scottish player has been cited for something that kept them out for more than a week, I simply can't think of anyone. All far too well behaved!
