Forgot this was on and was watching the Aironi match - switched over just in time for Tuilagi's try

That was a hell of a steal by the tighthead prop, he had no right to come away with that considering the amount of Tiger's forwards milling around the ruck

Since Flood has changed his kicking style he's become less prolific. Wonder why he changed, he might have looked a pillock but it was working. Now he stands more upright, less of a run-up.

Dave Alred the (now ex-)England kicking coach made him change it last year

Loving this game. Not going to lie, lot of turnovers and both teams looking to play attacking rugby.

I always prefer the scrappier/mistake filled games when watching as a neutral, loads more running/counter attacking

Half expected this to be a bit of a bore with both teams afraid to lose it so just kicking everything, glad to be wrong though

Is it just me or have the referees of the Heineken cup so far, especially this round so far, just been not very tolerant of contesting for the ball at the breakdown? I just have seen quite a few times when a player is on his feet and legitimately challenging for the ball, but is quickly told to release. I know why this is sometimes the case but a lot of the time it has looked to me like a legitimate breakdown contest which the referee is trying to get rid of.

Apparently referees have been told to be preferable to the attacking team.

I guess that must be the reason. I think that's fair enough, though I think one of the most exciting aspects of rugby is the breakdown, and I do think people playing by the rules i nthat area should always be rewarded.

awesome 2nd half from leicester, just goes to show how good Youngs + Flood can be on the front foot... on the back foot they both look very ordinary.
