Hi team,
As of tomorrow I will start with kickboxing. It's a 2 hour session my gym organizes on a weekly bases and today I was in Brussels checking out some equipment getting professional advise by Sanae Jah, World champion Thai box.
Super cool person. I'm really keen on starting this new (hopefully) hobby.
Do any of you have experience with Kickboxing?
