Wales' 2005 Grand Slam winning full-back Kevin Morgan has been appointed strength and conditioning coach at the Ospreys after retiring from playing.
The 33-year-old left the Newport Gwent Dragons at the end of last month after an injury-ravaged season.
"It's something I've aspired to for a number of years and when the players come back in July I'll get my opportunity," he said.
"This is a fantastic opportunity for me."
Morgan, capped 48 times by Wales, joined the Dragons from the disbanded Celtic Warriors in 2004 and signed a two-year contract extension in 2006.
