I think right now that there is nothing . It stays , as shtove said , that the intention could be bad .

I'm able to recon easily when there is a dangerous or cheat game , from a french part or not (Traille taking habana's leg to kick his teammate Clerc during FR-SA in november...I thought it was a shame what he did and deserved a strong punishment) . I just do not believe that dupuy had this intention and video is not convincing me on an "eye gouge" ...

So ok this topic is not a shame , i apologize for that but i do not believe there is so much material to discuss about .
