Is it too soon to start a RWC TRF picking comp

Hi guys,

I was wondering what the plans were for a "The Rugby Forum", Rugby World Cup, picking competition.

I have started pools for other comps (Super Rugby, ITM cup etc), on the Superbru site, and was thinking of starting one for us on the same site.

I guess my concern is, if I do that, am I going to be spoiling anyone else's plans/taking away players from a more official "The Rugby Forum" pool ... can I get the blessing from the TRF admins to do this

... it's early days yet I know, but I thought if I started it now, it would give all of us TRFers, more time to join, and we will hopefully get more players

Okay, I've decided to take the Bull by the horns and create the pool.

... I'm hoping that:

A/ We can get a great pool going with members from all over the world competing against one another ... and

B/ I haven't derailed anyone else's plan to make a similar pool

We now have players from Belgium, Canada, England, Ireland, New Zealand, and Wales ... it would be great if we can get more players from those countries, but also from as many countries as we can, so that we can have a truly global picking comp
