That would have been a perfect chance to slow the game down, quiten the crowd and tell the players to do anythign but give a penalty away. Instead he declined the ref's offer and about 15 seconds later Vickery was walking.</li> </ul><p>To be honest I like Johnson. I admire what he's done with Worsley as its shut down a lot of attacking options for teams. A very very good move and watch other teams follow. He simply has to start dropping these players.
