I kinda hope he leaves. He's pretty old now, and with Mealamu staying we have a old head. Now we need to develop another hooker.

Interesting that Steve Hansen entered the debate insisting that one of the Super franchises pick him up ... if he gets the AB's coaching job or is still part of the panel after the RWC, it will be interesting to see how much influence he excerpts over the Super franchises when it comes to the make ups of their squads.

The Highlanders do seem the logical choice, but if Jamie Joseph is forced to take him, he's likely to spend a lot of time on the bench (as he will if Hammett is forced to retain him at the Hurricanes)
