Happy NY - newbie to TRF. 6-Nations TV coverage in Cannada

Hi y'all:

Does anyone have an informed opinion as to why SportsNet World (Channel 133 on Shaw Direct (Canada), who have covered the 6 Nations this past few seasons (albeit it via delayed transmissions) are seemingly not doing so, this 2014 season?
