Copy and Paste at it's finest!

Great achievement for Trimble today, marking 200 appearances for Ulster. Didn't think he was old enough to have hit that number. I hope he has a good game.

Also, really enjoyable game at the arms park last night with Cardiff and Scarlets. End to end stuff, with some positive rugby. Couple of interesting refereeing decisions or both sides, but then it's always best to hear a neutrals opinion on that!

Tom James looked really good again. Put his hand up for a place in the 6N squad with his form so far this season I feel.

Only took about four missed infringements for Ulster to get that try.

Good win and props to the backrow and Keatley for keeping cool heads when it mattered. But god that match was something else for both teams handing each other as many chances as they could. Amorosino doesn't want to be here. Doesn't look like he cares most of the time, misses tackles and makes huge errors. His little break was the first thing he did right at Munster. O'Leary looks like he's exporing the meaning of life at every ruck befor throwing a wobbler. Is personally responsible for Scannel's injury after he threw a total hospital pass.
Saili continues to give 100% to everything he does, he seems to have really bought into the team and looks a leader despite being hear half a season. Credit where it's due to Keatley for managing to pull out a performance after the awful funk he's been in.

For Ulster they were just wasteful despite having a cutting edge in the backs. McCloskey was very good I thought and he held up about three of our balls. Jackson gave a good showing for most of the match and if he holds form I'd have confidence seeing him start for Ireland.

Well done Ulster, despite Amorosino's and O'Leary's best efforts to stop you you managed to throw that game!!!

Our boys deserve huge credit. Keatley responded excellently to his credit. Our backrow was crazily good. And Copeland matched them when he arrived but CJ Stander is living up to the potential known here and in South Africa every game. He was immense today and my MOTM.

??? Maybe if Pienaar gets to hold his hand and lead him for 80 minutes but otherwise God no. The two best 10 performances in the interpros came from Leinster's 10s in the past two weeks followed by Keatley tonight.

Again if you look though. Statistically Madigan did nothing much against us. Kept it simple and just passed service on but kick tactically the stats were poor just that we were awful. But he had armchair ride and that's not his fault. He goes in to Leinster plus few Connacht lads camp this week but is it a factor he's not playing 10 much and will fact he's leaving Ireland count against him. Keatley was brilliant today but shouldn't be in conversation. He's still too mentally fragile. Jackson was poor today but has been brilliant all season.

We'll done Munster! Well done Keatley you silenced the fair weather crowd today. Maith an fear!
Mhumhain Abú.
