The graphics in my game have all become very low res like theyve havent been rendered properly (http://gyazo.com/8db21c6108f2021070b998c4525a9e8e) , wasnt like this before. Ive deleted the folders and reinstalled them and its still the case, can anyone help?

Sorry about your problem, it is indeed very odd. Have you tried to fully uninstall the game and to do a reinstall ( your saved games will be safe)?
