England Saxons captain George Skivington will move to Leicester Tigers from London Wasps at the end of the season.

The 27-year-old second-rower has played 125 times for Wasps since making his debut in 2003 and has captained the Saxons for the last two seasons.

Could work out to be an excellent signing and is this to mean Ben Kay is as good as done. A great servant to Leicester. It just keeps looking loke Northampton and Leiceseter are pulling away to be 2 massive clubs, the back in a mini-tier are Wasps, London Irish and well Saracens are in between 2. But after that the gap is increasing massively I think.

I think that's a bit of an overstatement. Maybe that's right for this season, but it's not that accurate for the general standard of rugby. It's not so long ago Northampton were relegated, and the others bar Leicester have all had poor patches in recent history.
These are the clubs that are having a good season this year, but next season it could equally be Bath, Gloucester or Quins having a good one. It all comes down to form.

That said, I take your point that they are looking dominant this season, and both squads look very strong right now.
