Do you know what a joke is? The original poster was implying that the ref was so biased against France, he was actually surprised he didn't give a handball against them!

Reminds me of "What is the art of a good jotiming".....loses something in the writing though. Played Rugby for 40 of my 51 years, great game on the field, now destroyed by law makers fixated on the spectacle and the concomitant fudge by refs, how about following basketball and have 2 refs....and perhaps outlawng tacklng and the scrum altogether

New Zealand deserves the ***le if that means being sacred as the best rugby team in decades. But on that match, they can thank the referee (high tackles, collapsed scrums, offside offenses)...
Not a word about that, which may be understood, but not one either about the way our guys have played, litterally choking them.
In this country (hello from Burgundy), the press and the vast majority of rugby fans did praise Wales and mocked our own team after the semi finals.
Well...we'll survive.
