EA attempts to buyout Take Two

well saw this one on my crusie through the web and was very shocked. Take Two have developers like rockstar and the guys that make the 2k games under them. I think if this goes through we will see the end of basically almost all competition especially in the sporting game arena.

article in first post has been updated and Take Two basically gave EA the middle finger salute saying EA were just trying to cash in on GTA IV.
