Scarlets flanker Gavin Thomas and Bristol's Welsh international lock Robert Sidoli are being linked with moves to Newport Gwent Dragons.
Thomas, 31, is being released by the Scarlets at the end of the season and Sidoli, 29, is looking to leave the relegated English club.
Dragons boss Paul Turner said: "They are players that we'd be interested in if they were available."
Scarlets boss Nigel Davies has also refused to rule out interest in Sidoli.
