Referee:

A humdinger of a game will unfold in Kimberley on Saturday afternoon, with both sides literally playing for their Currie Cup lives. Despite some very patchy form this season, the men in peacock blue are only three points adrift of their Pretoria rivals and while both are currently out of the top 4, a bonus point win for either side could see them back in the running for a potential fourth-place finish. One this is for sure, though – the loser of this game will miss out. Our gut feel is that the Bulls will take this one, simply based on slightly better rhythm as a team at the moment.

Well, well- 'Skadu' at full-back again. Steggman and Ndungane back as well, should be an interesting game, if none of the mentioned players perform, and the Griquas being so close and staying with the top guns, at home, they could win this.

Well, Griquas 22 has been announced as well:

Griquas: 15. Rudi Vogt, 14. Dusty Noble, 13. Wilmaure Louw, 12. Matthew Rosslee, 11. Rocco Jansen, 10. Riaan Viljoen, 9. Sarel Pretorius, 8. Leon Karemaker, 7. Justin Downey, 6. Jonathan Mokuena (Captain), 5. George Earle, 4. Hendrik Roodt, 3. Lourens Adriaanse, 2. Ryno Barnes, 1. Ivann Espag
Replacements: 16. Simon Westraadt, 17. Steph Roberts, 18. Jaco Nepgen, 19. Burger Schoeman, 20. Marnus Hugo, 21. Earl Rose, 22. Monty Dumond

Been yet another good game so far, Bulls leading 22-17 after only 28 minutes gone.

Mon the Griquas, you can do this.

Vogt penalty and Jansen/ Noble try means Griquas take a 27-22 half-time lead.

Don't think he has been good today, but I wish Lourens van de Merwe reffed this 'well' in our game against the Leopards. How many knock-ons and skew throws is it possible to miss in one game?

Griquas won 48-44 :)
