cleats

I'm not sure which cleats you are talking about, but if your cleat has a toe stud then you would have to change them.
 
They're fine, just as long as you take the stud that is sticking out by itself in the middle right up the front.
 
I'd advise you to wear rugby boots because your lacrosse cleats aren't designed for the wear and tear that will come with rugby. They'd be wrecked in no time.
