I think that the current system of the knock-down stage of World 7s.
In Cup/Bowl QF, there is extra-time in the case of draw. But it should not. In the QF, teams who finished higher in the pool stage must win.
And in Plate Final, Bowl Final, Shield Final and 3rd place playoffs, there should not be extra-time. In the case of draw, the draw points should be given. For example, 3rd is 17 points and 4th is 15 points. In the case of draw, 16 points must be given to both.
Cup final should have extra-time, although the current extra-time is wrong, because the "sudden death" system is unequal because play starts from kick-off. And the game time should be same as other games (not 10mins half, but 7mins half).
