Those videos here weren't exactly the sort of dancing I meant no
I was talking about the sort of dancing you do in couples, ballroom dancing and such.
Even rock and roll counts as dancing to me
People used to be able to find the rhytm to any tune, and they were able to actually dance to that rhytm.
I don't want to get back to the sort of dances where you have to know each and every single step (18th Century sort of dancing) to be able to join, but the jumping around, 'seizure' movements (glad I'm not the first one to use that word
) sort of dancing doesn't seem all that fun to me.
I looked up tecktonic on Youtube, it's not really very active is it? Then again, here in Flanders (and in the Netherlands) kids are doing a dance caleld 'jump'.
It looks as if they're trying to kill a cat by kicking it or something but anyway:

That kid miss-spelled 'Brittish' :s
Still haven't seen it entirely (computer's lagging) but right now, I just feel like pushing that kid over when he's 'jumping'. Fine if you want to Jump, but in a museum?
