Breizh and other minority regions

A test match between Fiji and Japan was held at Stade de la Rabine (Vannes/Gwened, Bretagne/Breizh), home of RC Vannes. In the crowd there was a Breizh flag. Is/Are there other professional club(s) in Breizh?

And how about other minority regions: Pays basque français, Catalunya francès, Frans-Vlaanderen, Nice/Niça/Nissa? Biarritz is based on basque français...

The Vannes club are in ProD2, the second tier in French rugby.
The nearest club to Brittany in the Top14 would be La Rochelle.
In the Pays basque, there are Bayonne (Top14 - for the moment ) and Biarritz (ProD2).
The top Catalan club is Perpignan (ProD2).
Frans-Vlaanderen, I don't know.
Around Nice, the Nice club are currently in Fédérale 2.
