I know that Benji is a good rugby league player and I totatly respect him but I just want to know if he might play for the Wartahs because of his wife but I don't know he might play what are your thoughts guys

I think the clincher for signing with the Blues (for 2 years) is the possibility he could then play for the ABs. I think he has a very very remote chance of having that level of success but he is a driven guy, belives in himself, and so he wants to give it a crack. PLaying for the Waratahs means he wouldnt be eligible for the ABs. He's a pretty proud Kiwi too so I think his preference is to play for a Kiwi franchise.

He may end up at the Waratahs, but I suspect if he doesnt look like he is going to make the ABs he will head off to Fance or Japan to play out his career.

He was always going to sign for a kiwi franchise. A very loyal New Zealander.

Benji is exciting for us and also his fans from League, mostly Wests Tigers fans. I can't wait to see him play and hope he starts adapting quickly to a game that asks a lot from its stand-off/first five/fly half/10, more than his usual role in League anyway.

He's got the skill set; kicking, passing, running and (dare I say it) defence. I'm hoping he hasn't been watching Beauden Barretts and Chris Noakes tackles, not that Benjis much better but when he's switched on, he's quite a safe defender.

Our team could really do with some of the magic that the Tigers had when Benji was on fire. Actually, Super Rugby on a whole could do with the fancy football that Benji can provide once he is comfortable and confident. Every year I'm optimistic about our team and with the inclusion of Mr Marshall, I feel we will be very entertaining this year.

Well, the guy has some hype around him so I'm looking forward to watching him play. If he manages to make the transition as smoothly as SBW or Folau did then every rugby union fan is a winner as far as I'm concerned.
