England's Ben Youngs has ruptured medial collateral knee ligament

After missing the Lions' tour last Summer this knee injury will keep him out until this Summer. His loss is as big for Leicester as it is for England.
One question though: what has Dan Robson got to do to get a call up? I say this with no disrespect to Wiggs but surely Robson has a greater chance of making the World Cup in 2019?
