I used to play 1942 online b4. When bf2 first came out it was laden with bugs n the works but its pretty stable now. I prefer special forces tho now n play it quite often over lan.
I think 2142 was the biggest letdown.
Whatcha not like bout bf2 as compared to 1942? I thought it added some really interesting dimensions n gameplay options like the whole squad n commander systems.
