Banner Design Needed

Right this is not for a small scale as it will be increased hopefully to 6ft by 2ft, so we are looking for something scaled down to those dimensions, to be able to use it on a banner to advertise at major events...

Colour is a bit off what you may be looking for, it's strange, the original psd looks more paler.

Would an image on the full size banner look ok? What I mean, if they use the original image of TRF rugby ball, would it become distorted full size???
